Twin Rivers is a highly-affordable, warm, small-town community located one hour from New York City and Philadelphia, and 30 minutes from Lakewood, Highland Park and the Shore area. With abundant playgrounds and green space, our moshav-like setting creates a peaceful haven for families to enjoy.
The real jewels of our community are its leaders, Rabbi Aaron Gruman and Rebbetzin Elkie, who over the past 25 years have taken Twin Rivers from a kiruv-based shul to a strong, vibrant community with abundant opportunities for learning and uplifting social interaction. The backbone of the community’s Torah learning is the young families who have recently moved in and established our new Kollel. Our partner Kiruv center offers still further programming and serves as a beacon for area Jews of all stripes.
Local resources include an eruv, a spa-like mikveh, and kosher shopping just 5 minutes away. All of this is available in a safe, child-friendly, low-crime area with affordable home purchase opportunities (and property taxes) which are unmatched in the Northeast! An adjacent retirement community also falls inside the area eruv.
In the past two years we’ve welcomed numerous young families into our warm and welcoming Kehillah. Come visit for a Shabbos, feel the warmth of our community, and see why Twin Rivers is growing…then come be a part of it!
